A ₹500–₹1,000 advance locks your date and time slot. The remaining balance is paid at the venue after your celebration ends. We accept GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, and bank transfer. **Step 4 — Share your personalisation details**. In the 2–3 days before your event, send us your color preferences for balloons, any custom text for the letter board, and a playlist link if you have one. These are included in the package at no extra cost.

Our decoration team arrives 2–3 hours before your slot to set up everything. By the time you arrive, the space is fully ready — decorated, lit, food prep underway, music queued. You walk in. Your partner sees the setup. The evening begins. **What you do not need to coordinate on the day**: decoration, food service, setup, or music. Our team handles all of it. You handle the person you came with. **Timing**: Arrive at your slot start time. The setup is completed before you arrive, not after.
